I do not have a web cam. I am shopping for one does anyone have any suggestions on web cams. Is there a good web cam that works with Mac but is not as expensive. Any suggestions???

Thu, October 12, 2006 - 8:32 PMI don't know if it is universal, but the store by me hasn't had them on the shelf in quite a while. You know you can use your MiniDV camcorder right? I use mine and it is a great camera so it is a great web-cam. -

i got mine used on Craigslist i yiou want to save some money.
a lot of people were selling them a couple of years ago...
i haven't really started using it til now tho'.

Sat, March 24, 2007 - 10:14 PMMac OS 10.4.9 update just added USB support for iChat AV, so if you were bummed your only webcam is a USB one and it didn't work, try again. No 3rd party software necessary.
